Riviera 31 is a cocktail lounge located at the Sofitel Los Angeles in Beverly Hills, with a pretty substantial menu. Let’s see some of the bar bites in action!
The lounge area is decorated in the old-Hollywood style with photograph stills from classic movies.

For a bar, the bites were done well and would be a good snack between drinks. Just be a bit wary of putting the items on your tab, because it certainly adds up! For me, the two highlights were the Lobster Petite Gourmet Tartine and the Crème Brûlée flight.
