This is going to be yet another short and sweet post from Candle Light Bakery (see posts #1 & #2 here) my friend’s go-to bakery for sweets!

First I tried some amazing cookies, then I had some birthday cookies and a cake, all of which were delicious!  When, she told me that she was bringing me some mini cakes… I couldn’t wait!

Since I did not have the menu in front of me, I can only guess what the descriptions were.  Then again, the pretty pictures practically speak for themselves!

I am picky about my cheesecake texture, and this passed my test!  It is not too dense and not too light,  plus the ratio of cake to crumb crust was just right.  Really, they should call this the Goldilocks of cheesecakes because it was also not too sweet and not too bland.  Perfection!

Chocoholics rejoice!  My beef with most chocolate cakes are the subpar frostings and the insane amount that they pile on top of a teeny tiny cake.  I adored this cake, and I would absolutely order it again and again.  This would certainly satisfy my chocolate cravings!

Best of all, these are mini cakes, so it’s not overly decadent if you buy two.  😉  Believe me, it would hard to pick just one…
