Starting this month, the food court in Mitsuwa Del Amo in Torrance is open for outdoor dining! I stopped by to try a few places including Ramen Santouka, Hamada-Ya, and Modo Hawaii!
My advice is to come hungry and bring an empty bag to carry home some goodies! 😋
