N’ice Cream (Costa Mesa, CA) - The Episodic Eater

We were at SOCO furniture shopping for the new house, but I had to hit up The OC Mix! Tucked into a corner was the N’ice Cream shop, so we had to stop by.

The first three locations are located in Santa Monica and Venice, but luckily they decided to open this one in the O.C.!

Their flavors are absolutely top notch and made fresh. In fact, you can see exactly when the batch you are eating was made on their website!

In the picture below, the top row is Coconut Sorbet, Strawberry Cream, Banana Honey, Salted Caramel, Lemon Birthday Cake, Vanilla, Pistachio, and Stracciatella. The bottom row is Strawberry Banana Sorbet, Chocolate Sorbet, Milk n’ Cereal, Raspberry Yogurt, Strawberry Cheesecake, Rocky Road, Mint Chip, Hazelnut.

Then, there are some toppings to make your ice cream even more festive!

I tried all of them, and I had a few favorites! One of my favorites was the seasonal Raspberry yogurt. The Banana Honey was absolutely dreamy and the Mint Chip was nice and minty! Truth be told, I found out that the amount of mint varies a bit depending on who makes the by handmade batch. Interesting!

Also, I was completely surprised at how creamy the sorbets were! I heard coconut sorbet, and assumed it would be more icy, but it was sooo creamy and delicious.
