I was already a fan of Súp Noodle Bar, so I headed to the newest Irvine location to try a secret menu “Stir-Fried/Shaken Style” Pho dish inspired by Anthony Bourdain’s visit to Vietnam. The pho is served with a secret stir-fry sauce, flat noodles, and a side of pickled garlic and chiles. It’s a secret menu item limited to only a select number of bowls daily, so make sure to stop by and try it ASAP!
