Seasons 52 (throughout U.S.)

Seasons 52 is a chain of restaurants that I first heard about years ago, with the promise that nothing was over a certain amount of calories.  It seemed like a good gimmick, but was the food decent?  Surprisingly, yes!  It has been consistently good over the years, and when I tasted their newly rolled out summer menu, it was just as fabulous as ever.  Take a look!

I adored this dish from top to bottom.  The scallops were cooked absolutely perfectly, and the sides were gorgeous and colorful.  My favorite entree of the night.

Herb Roasted All-Natural Chicken

I loved the chicken, which was packed with flavor and roasted perfectly.  I am not a big fan of panzanella salad, so next time I would probably substitute it for a side I prefer.

Our choices were the Bing Cherry Crème Brûlée, Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cannoli, Blueberries with Lemon Curd, and Belgian Chocolate S’mores.  Yum!

As you can tell, the entire meal was delicious, colorful, and seasonal.  I can’t wait to go back and try some of their regular menu options… and more dessert!
